*$200 Non Refundable deposit required to reserve. **Balance of $350 is due upfront at the time of check-in cash on the day of training. (Total cost $550). A 3% charge will be added to the total if paid with Debit or Credit Card. 

Upon satisfactory completion of the workshop, students will schedule an appointment to apply lashes on a live model (you supply) on a separate day. Certificate of Completion issued upon successful application.
